Overview
Piggy Panda, a brand of Yaduvanshi Media, sells digital products — including prompt packs, templates, toolkits, guides, and creative resources — through piggypanda.in. All products are delivered instantly after payment via a download link on the thank-you page and a confirmation email. No physical goods are shipped.
Cancellation
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. There is no pre-order, subscription, or recurring billing — each purchase is a one-time transaction with immediate delivery. In accordance with Rule 4(9) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, no cancellation charges are imposed on the consumer as no cancellation window exists for instantly-delivered digital products.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which recognise that digital goods delivered instantly are exempt from standard return policies.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
1. Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error.
2. Non-delivery: You completed payment but did not receive a download link on the thank-you page or via email within 24 hours.
3. Materially different product: The product delivered is substantially different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@piggypanda.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, registered email address, and a brief description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 30 days, in accordance with Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Cashfree Payments to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within a reasonable period as prescribed by RBI guidelines. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund processing timelines are subject to Cashfree's processing schedule and your bank's policies. Piggy Panda is not liable for delays caused by Cashfree or your financial institution. For payment-related grievances, you may also contact Cashfree directly at grievances@cashfree.com.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at support@piggypanda.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and a direct resolution is faster for both parties. Unauthorized chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may be disputed.

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your complaint to our Grievance Officer:
