Piggy Panda is not responsible for the data collected, stored, processed, or shared by Cashfree. We do not have access to your full card details, UPI credentials, or bank account information. Cashfree operates as an independent data controller for payment-related data and is PCI-DSS v4.0.1 compliant, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and SOC 2 audited.

7. Data Retention

We retain your order records (name, email, product purchased, transaction ID) for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. Traffic data, access logs, and associated records are retained for a minimum of one (1) year as required under the DPDP Rules, 2025, after which they are securely erased unless a longer retention is required by law.

If you create an account, your data is stored until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@piggypanda.in — we will process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:

Your data may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of India, where data protection laws may differ from Indian laws.
