Thank you for your interest in Piggy Panda’s digital products! We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy explains how Piggy Panda handles cancellations, returns and refunds for digital products.
Non‑Refundable Products
All Piggy Panda products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once an order is completed and the download link has been accessed, we are unable to offer refund. Digital products are not like physical goods that can be returned; once downloaded they become part of your digital library. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for non‑tangible, irrevocable goods once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent.
Exceptions
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you encounter any of the issues listed below, please contact us within the specified timeframe:
Product not received – If you do not receive your digital download within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
Download or unzipping issues – If you experience technical problems downloading or opening your product, notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will provide assistance and may offer a replacement or alternative solution.
To ensure fairness to all customers, these exceptions only apply when there is a demonstrable issue in our delivery of your digital product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where downloads have been completed successfully.
Order Cancellation
