Digital Product Delivery Policy

Piggy Panda sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is no shipping, handling, or delivery charge.

How Delivery Works

All products are delivered digitally via email to the email address you provide at checkout. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your download link(s). Delivery is instant — typically within 5 minutes of successful payment.

Didn't Receive Your Product?

→ Step 1: Check your email inbox (including Promotions/Updates tabs if using Gmail).

→ Step 2: Check your spam/junk folder.

→ Step 3: If you still haven't received it within 15 minutes, email us at support@piggypanda.in with your order ID or payment reference.

We will resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours.

Important Notes

→ Make sure you enter a valid, active email address at checkout. We cannot deliver to incorrect email addresses.

→ All products come with lifetime access. Your download link does not expire.

→ No physical product will be shipped to your address. This is a 100% digital delivery.
