1. Introduction & Acceptance

This website (piggypanda.in) is operated by Piggy Panda, a brand of Yaduvanshi Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you ("User," "you," or "your") accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase our products. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" — piggypanda.in and any associated subdomains, checkout pages, and digital interfaces operated by us.

"Products" — all digital products sold through our Platform, including but not limited to prompt packs, templates, toolkits, ebooks, guides, cheat sheets, workflow resources, and any bonus materials.

"User," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses our Platform, whether as a visitor or purchaser.

"Company," "we," "us," "our" — Piggy Panda (a brand of Yaduvanshi Media), its owners, operators, and authorised representatives.

3. Products & License

All Products sold on our Platform are digital downloadable goods, created and produced in India. Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and use the purchased Product. This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within the Product.

You MAY: Use the Product for your own personal, creative, or commercial projects. Print or save the materials for your own reference. Use any templates, prompts, or frameworks included in the Product to create your own original work.

You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product with any third party. Upload the Product to any public or shared platform, drive, or repository. Claim authorship of the Product or its contents. Use the Product to create a competing product.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price at the time of your checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. We do not manipulate prices or impose unjustified pricing on consumers in accordance with Rule 4(12) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree"), a third-party payment aggregator. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. By making a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We do not store your card details or UPI credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Cashfree in compliance with PCI-DSS v4.0.1 standards. For details, refer to Cashfree's Privacy Policy and Cashfree's Terms.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that Cashfree independently collects and processes your payment data under their own policies. Piggy Panda is not liable for any data collected, stored, processed, or shared by Cashfree. Any grievances related to payment data should be directed to Cashfree at grievances@cashfree.com.

5. Consent & Checkout

In accordance with Rule 4(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we only record your consent for a purchase through an explicit and affirmative action. Consent is never obtained through pre-ticked checkboxes or automatic opt-ins. By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

6. Digital Delivery

All Products are delivered to your registered email address within 5 minutes of successful payment. The download link will be in your order confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@piggypanda.in with your order ID. We will resolve delivery issues within 24 hours. 7. Refund & Cancellation

All Products are digital downloads and are non-refundable. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Exception: If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to the Product (broken download link, corrupted file, payment deducted but no product received), contact us at support@piggypanda.in within 48 hours of purchase with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period as prescribed by RBI guidelines. See our full Refund Policy.

8. Results & Disclaimer

Our Products are tools and resources designed to assist your work. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or level of success from using our Products. Results depend on your skill, effort, the tools you use, and other factors beyond our control. Any sample outputs, results, or examples shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. See our full Disclaimer.

Some Products may be designed for use with third-party tools and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party tool. Changes to third-party tools (pricing, features, availability, terms of service) are beyond our control.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You must not:

→ Impersonate any person or entity.

→ Distribute spam or promotional material through our Platform.

→ Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of our Platform.

→ Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access at any time, without notice.

10. Content Submissions

Any content you submit to our Platform — including comments, emails, messages, reviews, or testimonials — grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in any medium. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes on any third party's rights. We may remove any submitted content and cooperate with law enforcement if required.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform — including text, images, graphics, design, layout, product content, and branding — is owned by Piggy Panda or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except as permitted under the license granted for purchased Products (Section 3).

12. Cookies

Our Platform uses cookies to enhance your experience and enable core functions like login and cart operations. By using our Platform, you consent to cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our Platform and Products are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Piggy Panda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform or Products — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Our content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Any reliance on our content is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any third-party websites linked from our Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piggy Panda, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your prohibited conduct, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

Piggy Panda shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, server failures, cyberattacks, payment gateway downtime, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

16. Hyperlinking

You may link to our Platform's home page without approval. All other linking requires written permission. Links must not falsely imply endorsement or sponsorship. You may not frame our content. No use of our logo is permitted without a trademark license agreement.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

This site is not part of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, or Google, nor of Meta Platforms, Inc. or Alphabet Inc. This site is not endorsed by any of these platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

18. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with Rule 4(4) and Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a grievance officer for consumer grievance redressal:

19. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact us first at support@piggypanda.in. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If it can't be resolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings will be in English. Indian law governs all disputes.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Any matter not subject to arbitration falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

21. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and Piggy Panda.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: We may transfer our rights under these Terms to any successor. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
